As a confirmation of the depth of the ties between the Lebanese and Turkish people, a delegation from the Islamic Welfare Association visited His Excellency Mr. Onur Gazz, Head of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in his office in Awkar. The delegation included Mr, Ibrahim Hariri, member of the Board of Trustees, Engineer Bassem Saad, General Manager, Mr. Majid Marquez, Executive Director of Al Rahma Center for Community Service, and Mr. Mazen Al-Ahmad, Manager of Vision Academy Center.

The delegation expressed its solidarity and condolences to the Turkish people following the devastating earthquake that hit the south of the country, providing 500 blankets as a symbolic contribution.

From his part, Mr. Onur Gazz expressed appreciation for the solidarity and friendship shown by the Lebanese in general, thanking the Islamic Welfare Association for their contribution.
